Shadrack Maluki Named President of National Olympic Committee of Kenya

Shadrack Maluki has been appointed as the new NOC-K President.

Maluki won with a majority of 15 votes, where he beat Secretary General Francis Ogutu who managed to get 12 votes.

He will take over from Paul Tergat, who has previously served for two terms of four each.

The new leadership is expected to drive Kenya’s sports agenda.

Maluki’s victory will mark a new chapter for NOC-K, with many people expecting his experience and leadership to propel Kenyan sports to higher heights.
