Saboti Member of Parliament (MP) Caleb Amisi has graduated as the top student in Master’s of Internal Relations at the United States International University-Africa.
The MP took to his social media on September 27, 2025, to celebrate the achievement.
“I graduated as a top student in the Master of Arts in International Relations from USIU. GPA 3.913 out of 4.00. I thank God for this achievement”, Amisi said.
Amisi further revealed that he had been the top student in the 2000 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCSE) exam.
“25 years ago, an orphaned boy walked through the gate of Starehe Boys Centre carrying only a padlock. This was after emerging as the top student in the Western region in the 200 KCPE exams, and with no hope for high school fees, Starehe became the last hope. Today, the same boy graduates as top student in the Master of Arts in International Relations from USIU”, he added.
