Popular actor Winnie Bwire’s burial arrangements have been released, the star passed away on September 5th 2024 due to breast cancer.
In a statement released by the late’s family, it is noted that her body will arrive in Kisumu early morning on Friday, September 19th.
The family expect to have her body in Kisumu International Airport by 9.30am.
After Bwire’s body is received, a convoy will then proceed to Kholera, Mumias.
The burial of the TV star is then set to take place the following day, Saturday, 21st September, at her parents home in Kholera, Matungu in Kakamega county.
In the last few weeks, family and friends of the late have organised a night vigil and funeral ceremonies to celebrate the life that Bwire led.
Testimonies have been heard about how amazing and selfless she was, especially not wanting to burden others with her porblems.
For years, Bwire spoke about her condition and offered help to those that needed it during their difficult moments.
The thespian died while undergoing treatment in Turkey, with her beloved mother by her side.
Her impact in the entertainment industry will surely never be forgotten.
