A video of nominated Member of Parliament (MP) Joseph Wainaina has gone viral on social media, showing him hungrily eating chapati.
In the video, the MP is seen dressed in a black suit, picking a chapati from a bowl and cutting it into small portions.
He therefore shared the potions with others while he chewed quickly.
The event, which involved the launching of Raha Premium Wheat Meal and an addition of Kavagara maize flour brand also featured Governor Waiguru, who was dressed in a Raha apron alongside Irungu Kang’ata and Trade CS Lee Kinyanjui preparing the chapati themselves in another video.
Taking to his social media account X, CS Lee Kinyanjui the company for being a shining example of true Kenyan entrepreneurship their focus on value addition and local industry highlights.
“By buying maize locally and processing it for both local and export markets, Joy Millers is a shining example of true Kenyan entrepreneurship, a story worth emulating”, CS Lee stated.
