Environmental activist Truphena Muthoni has clarified that she completed her record-breaking 72-hour tree-hugging challenge without taking a single toilet break.
Speaking during a TikTok live on Thursday, December 11, 2025, Truphena addressed claims tthat she relied on diapers during the feat, insisting that she remained fully committed throughout the three-day marathon.
Truphena further explained that she had carefully planned herself in a way that she would not need to use the toilet, leaving her rapidly growing fan base cheering and sending her generous gifts.
The 22-year-old began her tree-hugging challenge on December 8, 2025 and ended it on December 11, 2025.
After the completions, she has received numerous awards such as A Samsung phone, A trip to Dubai and I million Shillings from Odibets.
