Three men have been sentenced to life imprisonment by a Ngong Court for robbery with violence.
According to reports, the three, identified as Brian Kutitila Wanyama, Japhnae Wanyonyi Mukalama and Thomas Wakoli Malava, were found guilty of robbing the victim Huawei Y9 mobile phone worth Ksh 24,990, a memory card and a pair of Reebok shoes worth Ksh. 4,000.
They are also said to have beaten the victim before transferring Ksh. 3,790 from his account to a number registered in Wanyama’s name.
The court therefore ruled that the prosecution had provided sufficient evidence regarding the case and sentenced the three men to life imprisonment.
