A 25-year-old woman was apprehended after allegedly fatally stabbing her boyfriend over a mobile phone in Bomet County.
According to reports, the incident happened after the suspect visited her boyfriend in his home on October 7 and demanded the return of a mobile phone, claiming it was hers.
The couple had initially agreed to resolve the arguments later that same day.
Despite the argument, the woman allegedly struck her boyfriend leaving him on deep cuts, according to the police reports.
The deceased’s body was taken to the morgue for Post-mortem and further investigations
Reports indicate that the woman later on surrendered herself to the authorities.
