ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna has recently claimed that removing President William Ruto from office is a national priority agenda.
Speaking during an interview on Citizen TV, the Nairobi senator, the Ruto administration has failed to respect the constitution and human rights.
Sifuna went on to term the current government as the worst possible government the country could have envisaged.

“I hear Ruto has succeeded in bullying the people in opposition. He says they don’t have any agenda. I want William Ruto to know that his removal from office is a national priority agenda; it is the only agenda because his government is totally opposed to what the Constitution stands for,” said Sifuna.
Advising the opposition, Sifuna urged them not to bow to pressure from President Ruto to change their agenda ahead of the 2027 elections.
Talking about the signed MoU between ODM and UDA, Sifuna sensationally declared the 10-point Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) as dead.
According to the Senator, the death of Albert Ojwang in police custody marked the collapse of the agreement between the two parties.
He further revealed that there was a proposal to form a team to review the implementation of the MoU, but he declined to participate in it.
