In a statement on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, she apologised to those affected by the content’s circulation.
While addressing the matter, the content creator said it is under investigation by the relevant authorities.
“I have taken note of the concerns raised regarding the circulation of an intimate video associated with me on various social media platforms,” Sheryl Gabriella said.

She further said she wanted to address the issue publicly.
“First and foremost, I sincerely apologise to anyone who has been affected or disappointed by the circulation of this content. I understand the concern that this situation has caused, especially to those who have supported me throughout my career,” Sheryl added.
She also denied uploading or distributing the video herself and explained that the content was shared without her knowledge or consent and said the incident has had a personal impact on her because it was a violation of her privacy.
Sheryl further confirmed that the matter is being investigated and she is cooperating with the relevant authorities and added that she will not discuss the details while the investigation is still ongoing.
