President William Ruto has appointed social media commentator Gabriel Oguda to a 5-member committee to oversee the implementation of the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) report.
In a statement on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, President Ruto confirmed that Oguda and four other individuals would be tasked with overseeing the implementation.
“Today, 6th August 2025, the Principals announce the formation of a five-member committee tasked with overseeing the implementation of the 10-Point Agenda,” the statement read.
The committee will be chaired by a former nominated Senator, Fatuma Ibrahim, with Kevin Kiarie and political analyst Javas Bigambo also forming part of the five-member team.
The five have been entrusted with translating the political agreement into solid national outcomes through broad-based consultation and engaging stakeholders about the NADCO report.
