Roma Fight Back Twice to Draw 3-3 with Napoli

Roma came from behind twice to secure a 3–3 draw against Napoli in a thrilling Serie A encounter in Naples on Saturday, extending their unbeaten league run to 15 matches.

Napoli took control early, with Frank Anguissa scoring a spectacular overhead kick before Scott McTominay added a second goal to put the hosts in a commanding position.

Roma responded through Matias Soule and Leonardo Balerdi to restore parity, but McTominay struck again late in the match to put Napoli back in front.

Balerdi then scored his second goal of the night with a header in the closing stages, earning Roma a valuable point after an intense contest.

The draw left Roma third in the standings with 18 points from eight matches, one point behind joint leaders Inter Milan and Lazio, who had played one match fewer at the time of the report.

Napoli, meanwhile, were left to rue their inability to protect their lead despite twice moving ahead by two goals.
