A police officer on Sunday, March 9, shot and killed his colleague after an altercation at a bar in Gigiri, Nairobi.
The suspect also opened fire at another colleague and injured him during the incident.
According to reports, the three were having food and drinks when the altercation broke out, leading to the shooting.

The deceased officer was shot in the chest and was pronounced dead after being taken to Nairobi Hospital.
The other officer is nursing abdominal wounds in the hospital after being shot.
The suspect has since been arrested as investigations into the accident continue.
The incident comes weeks after another police officer fatally shot his colleague following a disagreement as they were leaving a bar in Ruaraka.
The deceased officer, who is attached to the General Service Unit (GSU), was in the company of his brother when an argument with his colleague ensued.
