Kenyan actress Nyaboke Moraa is mourning the loss of another family member months after daughter’s death.
The entertainer shared her grief via her social media, noting the last conversation she had with her father before his passing.
“On 28th July, my daughter rested; it has been tough. Same day, 3 months later, my solid rock, her grandpa, has decided not to wake up. This man, who I love to death, loved me unconditionally. His last words to me were, ‘Nyargot baby, I love you and God loves you so much, tulia tu, mama.’”
The loss of these family members seems to have left Nyabike in unbearable pain and according to her this year has not been easy for her.
“Ei, I am in so much pain, so much that I feel like I am losing it. Rest in peace, Baba. Hii mwaka nayo imeamua kupumzika, ntapumzikia mbinguni. Eii.”
Her daughter, Marie Blak Achieng, tragically passed away earlier with much speculation surrounding the cause.
Actress Sandra Dacha by then made the sad news public.
“It is with profound sadness that I announce to you the passing on of @nyabokemoraa’s daughter. Your prayers are what she needs right now REST IN PEACE, Marrie.”
The late Marie who was 19 years old was Nyaboke’s first born daughter and was laid to rest on August 10.
This recent tragedy follows another painful loss when Nyaboke’s brother passed away just hours before a family reunion. She had eagerly awaited his arrival, only to learn he missed his flight and was later pronounced dead.
