The missing Member of County Assembly from Wajir, Yussuf Hussein Ahmed, has been found alive and reunited with his family.
Reports indicate that Yussuf Hussein was reunited with his family in Nairobi last night after missing for almost 6 months.
Several politicians have confirmed the news including Wajir County Woman Representative Fatuma Abdi Jehow who expressed her gratitude early Sunday morning.

She moreover shared an update and snapshots of the now free MCA.
“No words but to say Alhamdullilah! Welcome home our MCA Hon Yussuf Tolfiyow,” the woman rep stated.
Dela Ward MCA went missing on September 13, 2024 along Enterprise Road in Nairobi during the heat of abductions in the country.
What followed was a deep mystery that proved impossible to unravel as reports of his mutilated body being found in a lake shortly after his capture soon hit the headlines.
Later, a subsequent DNA tests proved that the body did not belong to the missing MCA, further complicating issues.
Despite efforts by activists and politicians rallying for his release, his whereabouts remained unknown for months.
