Renowned car dealer Khalif Kairo was arrested again on Tuesday, March 25, with fresh charges leveled against him.
The car dealer was arrested at the Milimani Law Courts shortly after three other ongoing cases in which he is accused of conning clients were mentioned.
This time, Kairo was arrested over fresh allegations of fraud. He was accused of taking full payment from a client for a BMW but failed to deliver the vehicle.

Video shared online showed Kairo clad in a dark grey suit in handcuffs but still maintaining high spirits with the car dealer surrounded by individuals believed to be police officers.
He is expected to be arraigned in court tomorrow.
Kairo has been facing numerous court battles over failed business deals related to car sales and spent much of the final days of last year and early this year defending himself in court.
However, the car dealer has continually maintained his innocence even as the allegations of the fraud amount to tens of millions of shillings.
