Nairobi County Chief Environment Officer Geoffrey Mosiria has criticised Pastor James Ng’ang’a for his treatment of Milka Moraa, a woman who sought help during a church service at Neno Evangelism Centre.
Taking to his socials, Mosiria expressed his disapproval of the pastor’s actions.
“My message to Commander, Pastor Ng’ang’a, please, as a pastor, you should give hope to your people. Anyone who comes to your church may not have enough money to give them, but what you did to Milka Moraa was not the right thing,” Mosiria said.

According to him, pastors, as spiritual leaders, should offer hope and compassion, even when they can’t provide material assistance.
“A true prophet does not shame people who come looking for help. A true prophet will always lead by example, not mislead,” he stated.
Mosiria moreover criticised the pastor for humiliating Milka, accusing him of trying to use the situation to gain social media attention.
“I think you wanted to trend on social media because you always say crazy things to trend,” he added.
In a video that went viral on the social media, Milka tearfully shared her problems with Pastor Ng’ang’a, explaining that her house had been locked for a week due to unpaid rent arrears.
The footage left many Kenyans heartbroken, but Milka has since received overwhelming support, securing both a job and a new home.
