Former Makutano Junction Actor Patrick Serro Passes Away

Patrick Serro renowned for his role as Dr. Washington in the popular TV series Makutano Junction has died.

He died on 25th January 2025 which is a huge blow to the entertainment industry. His contribution to the industry will not be forgotten.

His death came as a shock to his family as he had only suffered from a sharp chest pain.

His sister, Ascar Serro Ogombe posted his demise on her Facebook account mourning the death of his brother.

After the death of our parents, over 30 years ago, you took charge where you have been our pillar being there for all of us. Go well my brother Patrick Serro.

Ascar wrote on her condolence post.

According to Ascar, Serro left the garage and went straight home watching his past videos when he started complaining of chest pains.

On his way to the hospital at around 4:50pm, he sent a message that he is not feeling well.

Ascar rushed to the hospital later in the evening when she received news that Serro had passed away.

His daughter also shared a touching tribute promising to carry the Serro name with so much pride and nyathi.

Oh, my father! I loved you till your last breath, and you’ve loved me till your last breath. I am so so so heartbroken, daddy! As I recorded this song, I really didn’t think I would sing it to mourn you. Rest well my forever love.
