Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris has demanded for the arrest of sections of TikTokers over alleged harassment.
This was after their videos went viral on social media.
According to reports, the young TikTok users were allegedly harassing pedestrians in the name of content creation.
“It is shocking that such acts are being viewed as entertainment. I can not begin to imagine the trauma a girl goes through in such an ordeal,” the Nairobi Women Rep said.
Iam calling on the DCI to apprehend these boys immediately. Let this serve as a warning to anyone who assaults another person, especially under the guise of content creation. Enough is enough”, Passaris added.
