Winnie Bwire Ndubi who is known for featuring in a popular tv series Sultan died on Thursday, 5th, September due to breast cancer.

Her death has created a big gap in the film industry since Bwire was known as a multi-talented persona in the industry.
Her mass was held yesterday at the deliverance Mount Zion, Mombasa. During the mass, many described her as a respectable person who did her work diligently and wholeheartedly.
Patrick Mwaura, a former actor on Sultana who attended the mass described as disciplined and an encouraging lady on set. He also described her as a woman who had aura on positivity and never turned any situation negative, she always made sure that good things came out of it.
Dan Sonko said in his tributes that her death is in God’s on way a form of victory since there’s no more pain for her.
Her mother acknowledged the media especially citizen tv and Jiffy pictures for being there for her. She embraced of how grateful she was because despite being sick, they still gave her a chance and a role on the famous film, sultana.
Despite all the tributes, Winnie Bwire has been such a good soul who loved and endured life. She had faith in God and was positive that she would come back victorious as she embarked on a journey to Turkey. Still, God’s time is the best.
Winnie Bwire will be laid to rest at her hometown in Mumias on 11th September 2024.
