The relationship between comedian and digital content creator, Vanessa Akinyi popularly known as Cartoon and her partner Rotimi of Africa has come to an end.
This was confirmed by Rotimi who revealed that the two have chosen to part ways romantically and instead focus on co-parenting their son.
According to him, public pressure, online criticism, and constant commentary about their personal and professional life choices is what strained their relationship.
For months, the couple was known for their romance online, thanks to all the content they created together.
Despite the controversies in their relationship, the couple had announced a big engagement, but shortly after, Rotimi described himself as a single man a remark that raised eyebrows and ignited speculation about the true state of their relationship.
At the time neither of them agreed to address the comment directly.
Now it is clear that the two have parted ways and are co-parenting.
