Several feared dead after a St Mary’s Ambulance was involved in a tragic road accident on Saturday, September 27 night.
The accident occurred in the Kimende area of Kiambu County, along the busy Nairobi-Nakuru highway.
According to reports, the ambulance was carrying 6 people, including a driver, a nurse, a patient, her husband, and two relatives, when the incident occurred.

Photos of the accident shared online showed the ambulance completely damaged on the front end.
The authorities are yet to confirm the number of victims who perished in the gruesome night accident.
The accident comes days after several people were injured following a grisly road accident at Kijabe Junction along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway.
The collision, which involved a Toyota Hilux and a truck, occurred on the afternoon of September 10, leaving both vehicles badly mangled.
According to eyewitnesses, the crash was a head-on collision, with the Hilux taking the brunt of the impact.
