According to the artist, those against the challenge should get a life.

‘’Venye dance challenge ya moonwalk ilitolewa did people go to the moon? Mi mtu asiniambie kitu . No one has forced the dance on no one. Kama haikubambi keep off acha kutuwekea jam na sijui netizens sijui citizens , Somebody tell them nimesema they should get a life,’’ Zendiambo.

Zendiambo moreover challenged his critics to create their own dances if they felt his was inappropriate.

His response comes a few hours after MCSK chief executive officer Ezekiel Mutua Criticized the Dance Challenge.

Taking to his social media, Ezekiel Mutua noted that content creators should focus on inspiring hope and bot promoting criminal behaviour.

Mutua had disclosed that he is liaising with the authorities to ensure that such content does not affect national security and advised content creators to use their creativity to inspire hope instead of promoting criminal activities.

“I am liaising with the relevant authorities, particularly the Ministry of Interior to ensure that such content does not jeopardise national security. In the meantime, we advise content creators to use their creativity to inspire hope and not to promote or glorify criminal behaviour,” Ezekiel Mutua..

The dance challenge involves two dancers dancing while facing each other as they move and wiggle, they also lower themselves rhythmically.

while using their arms, they mimic the acts of someone cutting up their dance partner with a panga.

Some content creators have now even gone a step further and are using an actual panga to demonstrate their dance styles.
