Zari Hassan has commented about the on-and-off relationship that Diamond and his girlfriend Zuchu share.
In a recent interview with Mpasho while in Kenya, Zari expressed sympathy for Zuchu.
“The pain that he puts that girl through, I would die. I would be depressed, but again it’s not in my space, it’s not my relationship,” Zari said.

Zari moreover talked about her personal relationship with Zuchu acknowledging how good the artist is.
“Zuchu does not say anything to me unfortunately. We speak when she is with the kids or she will call me to say Mama Tee let me speak to the kids, Zuchu is a sweet girl, but anything else Zuchu would never come asking me anything, but she is such a sweet girl,” she opined.
Recently, Diamond’s comments on season three of Netflix’s Young Famous and African reality series have sparked controversy.
While he was flirting with the co-star on the show Fantana he clearly noted that Zuchu is only his artiste and not his lover.
After that the artist was spotted in a club vibing to a particular song and publicly admitting that he misses Zuch.
Something that left many of their fans confused.
The confusion did not stop there, after that Diamond revealed his intention to marry Zuchu before the start of Ramadhan.
The WCB Wasafi boss made this announcement while attending a CCM political rally in Dodoma on Sunday, January 19.
