Former Kiambu Governor Fedinand Waititu has been spotted sleeping during Gachagua’s impeachment hearing case in Milimani courts.
He went to support the former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua during his second impeachment hearing.
Rigathi Gachagua had filed for an impeachment case after he was vote out of his office by the senate.

He took the case to court since President William Ruto had appointed Kithure Kindiki as the next Deputy President.
Rigathi Gachagua went to court to stop the swearing in of Kithure Kindiki.
His case was taken into the consideration and the hearing date set to Tuesday, 22nd October.
As the hearing continued, Gachagua’s lawyers wanted the judges to recuse due to various reasons which included an allegation that Justice Ogola’s wife had recently been appointed by job by President William Ruto on Friday, 25th October.
Based on the ruling to the matter, the judges refused to recuse as they said it was in accordance with the law.
Due to this, Gachagua’s case regarding Kithure Kindiki’s swearing in is set to be heard on the 29th of October 2024.
In regardless to this, Gachagua’s lawyers have been provided with an opportunity to file amended petitions within five days, same as the respondent.
