Former President Uhuru Kenyatta on Sunday, July 27, joined polo enthusiasts at the Ngong Racecourse for the finale of the 2024–2025 season.
In a statement, the former President noted that the event culminated in a thrilling final race, bringing the racing calendar to a memorable close.
“Former President Uhuru Kenyatta today joined racing enthusiasts at the Ngong Racecourse to celebrate the champions of the 2024–2025 season. The event also featured the thrilling final race of the season, marking a memorable close to the racing calendar,” read the statement.

Uhuru was also seen interacting with Kenyans, guests and taking part in photo sessions with winning teams.
He moreover took part in the awarding ceremony, personally presenting trophies to the winners.
The former Head of state rocked a multicolored African-print shirt, khaki trousers and a stylish Panama hat.
Over 1,000 fans and dignitaries attended the colorful event to celebrate the season’s champions.
