It is fully serviced with essential facilities including electricity, piped water, telephone lines, standby generator, lifts, firefighting equipment, and a 24,000-litre water reservoir.

Ufundi Sacco has announced that interested bidders can obtain tender documents from its headquarters located within the building on the 12th floor during normal working hours.

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Ksh5,000 to access the tender documents.

Completed bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked for tender and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Ufundi Sacco.

The documents should be deposited in the tender box located at the Sacco offices on the 12th floor of Ufundi Co-op Plaza.

The submission deadline is set for July 1 at noon, after which the bids will be opened at 1:00 pm the same day at the Sacco boardroom.

Interested bidders or their representatives are allowed to attend the opening session.
