Environmentalist Truphena Muthoni has received an official Guinness World Records Badge after 48-hour tree hugging marathon which took place on 2nd February, 2025 in Nairobi.
The enviromentalist broke the news on receiving her record badge, writing on her social media pages how she ushered in her new year 2026 in style.
“New Year comes with official Record Breaker Badge!!!” Truphena wrote.
Guinness World Records confirmed the achievement, on December, 12, 2025, after getting the required evidence.
Truphena is now currently awaiting for official record in her 72-hour tree hugging marathon which took place on December 2025.
