Soccer Assassins and Kayole Starlets Promoted to the Women’s Premier League.

Madira Soccer Assassins and Kayole Starlets FC have earned automatic promotion to the FKF Women’s Premier League.

Kayole Starlets FC secured their place in the FKF Women’s Premier League for the 2025/26 season after spending two seasons away from the top league. Under the guidance of coach Mary Adhiambo, their spot was confirmed following a 4-0 victory over Sunderland Samba at the Calvary Grounds.

They finished at the top of Zone A in the Women National Super League after previously finishing second and missing promotion through the playoffs.

Madira Soccer Assassins are also officially returning to the FKF Women’s Premier League. As the first-ever high school team to compete in the Women’s Premier League, they played one season before being relegated to the National Super League.

Their promotion was secured due to a walkover victory, as Vickers Queens failed to show up for the match, guaranteeing the Assassins a top finish in Zone B of the Women’s National Super League.

Additionally, Bandari Queens secured a playoff spot after a convincing 4-1 victory against Uweza Women, finishing second in Zone A. They will await the results of the last matches in Zone B to determine their playoff opponents.

Kakamega Starlets and FC 105 Nini Farm will need to compete until the very end to decide who finishes in second place to challenge Bandari Queens for a spot in the Premier League.
