The Social Health Authority (SHA) has announced the appointment of four new directors after concluding a competitive recruitment process that began on July 29 this year.
In a press release issued by Board chair Abdi Mohamed on Friday, September 12, 2025, SHA announced the appointment of Diana Marion, Golda Larissa Akolo, Mohammed Alio Ibrahim, and Jonathan Liesen as new directors.
“This team’s expertise will be crucial in steering the Social Health Authority to achieve its mandate of providing financial risk protection for Kenyan residents and ensuring they have access to quality healthcare,” SHA Stated.
The four were appointed after the Board received over 400 applications, which subsequently let to the shortlisting of 38 candidates.
