Several people were injured on Tuesday afternoon following an accident involving multiple vehicles in the Chepsir area along the Kericho-Nakuru highway.
According to reports, the accident occurred after a lorry lost control and rammed into an oncoming bus before crashing into other vehicles.
Besides the bus and the lorry, other vehicles involved in the accident included a personal car and a trailer that veered off the road as both attempted to avoid a collision.
An unknown number of people sustained injuries of varied degrees who were rushed to nearby hospitals in Nakuru and Kericho.
