Motorists using the busy Nakuru-Eldoret highway meet traffic after a multi-vehicle pile-up involving a matatu, a trailer, and a lorry happened at Equator in the Mumberes area of the highway.
images shared online showed the matatu, registered to Climax Coaches Sacco, stuck on the side of the road while a truck had its front cabin destroyed.
However, the number of casualties from the tragedy is yet to be confirmed.

Reports have revealed that ambulance rescue teams and police reported at the scene conducting rescue operations.
