High-profile politicians, led by former Baringo County Senator Gideon Moi and Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi graced the traditional engagement ceremony of Senator Allan Chesang and his long-term fiancée, Channelle Kittony.
Dressed in a light pink dress, Kittony complemented the Senator’s tan and brown long-sleeved shirt and trousers accessorised with a brown hat.
The ceremony featured few guests, with images shared by the guests online alleviating from the usual crowds often seen in Kenyan weddings and engagement ceremonies.

Chanelle Kitonny is the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Public Works, Roads, and Infrastructure in Trans Nzoia County.
Moreover, she is the daughter of a renowned businessman, Kiprono Kittony.
She is also the granddaughter of former Senator and Maendeleo Ya Wanawake Organisation (MYWO) chairperson Zipporah Kittony.
While celebrating the couple, MP Sudi wished them a lifetime of happiness in their new journey.
The Kenya Young Parliamentarians Association of Kenya (KYPA) also congratulated the Tranz Nzoia Senator for the engagement and wished him a happy lifetime.
