All Cabinet Secretaries and Principal Secretaries have met on State House for a performance contact signing event.
The event took place on 19th November 2024.
They were given contacts entailing targets they would need to achieve during the tenure.
Musalia Mudavadi who works as the CS for foreign and diaspora affairs, signed three performance contracts. His role as the acting CS for Interior and Genders, Culture, Arts and Heritage ministries.
Presiding over the ceremony, the Head of the Republic urged the Cabinet Secretaries to remain vigilant and steadfast in delivering on their mandates and providing better service to Kenyans.
I look forward to working with the ministers and PSs in making sure that we deliver on the commitments and the mandates that have been signed before.
The President said.
I promise you we will confound the naysayers we will succeed. The enemies of Kenya will be put to shame.
The President added in his statement.
Earlier, the Head of State was facing a challenge in his leadership where the clergy wanted to know what they have done to protect their people in the midst killings, disappearances and killings.
President Ruto responded at Tangaza University where he had gone to attend a graduation event by saying that those who accuse people can be the victims themselves.
