Premier League Champions Liverpool FC Announce Trophy Parade Date

Premier League champions Liverpool will hold a parade through the city on an open-top bus, it has been announced.

The Reds secured the 2024-2025 Premier League title with a 5-1 victory against Tottenham at Anfield on Sunday, marking their record-equalling 20th top-flight trophy.

The bus parade will begin at Allerton Maze on Monday, May 26, and will travel along a nine-mile (15 km) route that includes Queens Drive and The Strand, concluding at Blundell Street.

Hundreds of thousands of fans are expected to line the route to celebrate with manager Arne Slot and his title-winning squad. The parade, organized by Liverpool City Council, is anticipated to last between three to five hours.

Council leader Liam Robinson stated;

“We are delighted to officially invite Liverpool Football Club to parade around the city on May 26. A Liverpool victory parade is more than just football – it’s a celebration of our city’s pride, passion, and community spirit.”

Liverpool will conclude their Premier League campaign on May 25 when Crystal Palace visits Anfield.

Chief Inspector Chris Barnes added;

“We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Liverpool Football Club on their success. The parade will be a fantastic event for the players, the club, the city, and all the fans who come out to cheer their team through the streets of Liverpool.”
