Police Arrest Suspect Linked to High-Value Kileleshwa Break-In

The Crime Research and Intelligence Bureau (CRIB) Kilimani have arrested a suspected burglar.

During the operations, the detectives recovered stolen property worth approximately Ksh 900,000 following a break-in at Serengeti Court in Kileleshwa.

In a statement by the Directorate of Criminal Investiagations (DCI) the suspect was tracked down and arrested at Millennium Apartments along Thiongo Road in Kangemi.

“The suspect, Daniel Mosomi Saisi, found himself on the wrong side of the law after two residents of Serengeti Court in Kileleshwa reported a shocking break-in. Under the cover of darkness, he brazenly infiltrated their homes, leaving chaos in his wake and making off with valuables valued at approximately Sh900, 000”, part of the statement read.

This was after two residents reported that their homes had been broken into and valuables stolen.

Upon his arrest, the authorities recovered a haul of stolen items including an iPhone 14 Pro Max, an iPad 11, a JBL portable speaker, a gaming console charging system, a base-proof light headset, and PlayStation accessories.

The victims later positively identified all the recovered items as theirs.

The suspect is currently in custody undergoing processing and awaiting to be arraigned in court.
