Pastor Ng\’ang\’a‘s Message to Those Generating AI Images of Different Leaders in Coffins

Neno Evangelism church founder Pastor James Ng\’ang\’a has condemned the use of artificial intelligence to generate photos of leaders in coffins.

The man of God went on to caution a content creator against using his voice for comedic purposes.

According to Ng’ang’a some things are spiritual and should be prayed for.

\”I\’m hurt. I\’m not happy. Some things are spiritual, so we can pray and help those children. I also remember that young content creator who usually wears a sufuria on his head while creating content using my sound. I had given a warning. I had said that some things are not good. I don\’t support generating an AI image of the king in a coffin. Young people, you must think twice. You can\’t ruin my name. A name that I built while in prison,\” he said.

Notably, president Ruto has once pleaded with the Kenyan youth opposing his government to desist from caricaturing leaders and generate AI photos of them inside coffins.

President Ruto warned that the trend could morph into incidents of killings.

As a form of online activism, young people are expressing their dissatisfaction with President William Ruto\’s government by creating and sharing photos of him in a coffin.

Relating to the criticism of Ruto’s government, recently former president Uhuru has encouraged the Gen Z to continue fighting for their rights something that has not been received well by Ruto’s allies.
