Member of Parliament (MP) Oscar Sudi has acknowledged that he never attended school.
Speaking during an event, Sudi stated that despite not attending school, he has achieved significant things.
“Can I ask you? Haven’t you heard they said I never went to school? Do you think they lied? No, I never attended school, but I have achieved significant accomplishments”, Sudi said.
“Let no one lie, we should learn to love each so that everyone gets their rights, e.g the boda boda people”, he added.
Oscar Sudi is a Kenyan MP and member of UDA representing Kapseret Constituency.
In 2016, he was alleged to have presented forged and fake academic papers to IEBC and EACC to vie for a seat at the National Assembly.
He was charged for a fake diploma certificate from the Kenya Institute of Management and a fake KCSE from Highway High School.
On 21st December 2024, he was bestowed with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Management.
The award created controversy among the public, causing the Engineering Board of Kenya (EBK) to call for the withdrawal of the honorary degree certificate.
