Media personality Steve Thompson Maghana, popularly known as Oga Obinna, has graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Mass Media and Communication from Mount Kenya University.
Celebrating the milestone, Obinna took to his social media account Instagram Friday, December 5, 2025, and shared how the academic journey has been.
“From the village to the city to the streets to the hustle, the struggle and back to school. Been an interesting ride,oday I graduate with a FIRST CLASS HONOURS.BACHELOR OF ARTS IN MASS MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION” part of the statement read.
The comedian went again to thank God for the impressive milestone in his life.
“I want to thank GOD. He has never left my side, silently guided me on what to do and how to, even when other mortals wouldn’t understand what, why or how.Secondly I wanna thank ME! Oga@DTop for trusting my Intuition and NEVER GIVING UP!”, Obinna added.
He further went ahead to thank his family, his friend and his schoolmates as well as those who have supported him through the journey.
