Several people are feared dead and property worth millions destroyed after a four-story building caught fire in the Stage 2 area of Congo, Kawangware, Nairobi County.
The fire broke out around 11 P.M. on Saturday, June 14, and is suspected to have been caused by an electrical fault.
Videos shared online showed a massive fire on the building, with Kawangware locals calling for emergency response teams to put out the inferno.

The incident comes weeks after five people lost their lives following a fire incident in Mathare slums in Nairobi.
The victims, who include three adults and two children, were sleeping when the fire broke out and killed them.
While confirming the accident, Nairobi Police Commander George Sedah noted that the inferno started from one of the iron sheet structures in the slums before it spread to the others.
The fire also flattened at least eight iron sheet homes and two churches, leaving several families without shelter.
