Nakuru West Member of Parliament (MP) Samuel Arama has alleged that the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) employment letters, are being used as political rewards.
According to the Nakuru West MP, the letters are being issued beyond the TSC’s legal mandate and distributed to politicians at State House.
“When they want to issue those letters, they leave me out, saying I don’t support them, and so I wonder what kind of support do they want, and I have been supporting the government”, Arama said.
“You find some MP have 10 to 15 letters and are claiming the government is theirs and so they receive their letters from the State House. Why should State House give some members from one community admmission letters leaving out the rest?”
The Nakuru West MP further said that voters will respond to such practices during the 2027 General elections.
