Videos shared online showed the crash site engulfed in flames, with thick plumes of smoke rising into the sky.
According to reports, fire reportedly spread to nearby houses, prompting chaotic scenes as residents scrambled to rescue those possibly trapped inside.

Eyewitnesses reported hearing screams from individuals inside the affected buildings, as locals rushed to assist with rescue efforts.
Desperate calls for fire engines and water tankers were made as community members attempted to douse the flames using makeshift tools.
Military officers and police were spotted at the scene in the footage circulating on social media.
Githurai 45 Sub-County Police Commander Maurice Odanga confirmed the incident.
By the time of this publication casualties or fatalities had been officially reported.
Emergency teams, including firefighters and paramedics, have been deployed as investigations into the crash begin.
