Peter Maker and Kayci Odhiambo were on target as AFC Leopards beat Mara Sugar FC 1-2 at Awendo Stadium in the FKF Premier League.
AFC Leopards opened the scoring from Peter Maker as he capitalized on a goal keeping error as he headed into the net from an Ovella Ochieng well-executed free kick.
The hosts earned a penalty in the 37th minute but failed to convert to a goal ensuring Leopards go to the break with an advantage.

Noah Jagongo would then equalise for the hosts from a corner kick in the 58th minute although his goal could not last until the final whistle.
Ingwe restored their lead as Kayci Odhiambo converted from the spot after Maxwell Otieno was fouled in the 18-yard box.
AFC Leopards ascend to the fourth position with 33 points ensuring life to their title hunt.
