A Nigerian national, convicted of multiple counts of drug trafficking, has been fined Ksh. 46.5 million or sentenced to 60 years in prison.
The accused, Okwudili Cletus Onuh, appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Richard Koech at Kahawa Law Courts on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, where he pleaded guilty to multiple charges against him.
According to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, the new ruling followed overwhelming evidence presented by the prosecution.
The sentences will run concurrently, considering the three years he has already served in remand.
