Kenya Airways Addresses Viral Confrontation Between Passenger and Agent

Viral online video of Kenya Airways sparks debates online.

Kenya Airways has justified the viral video which raised a lot of speculations online between their staff and a passenger.

In a viral video shared online, the Kenya Airways agent and the passenger were seen to be in a heated argument exchanging bitter words.

This was due to the fact that the passenger allegedly known as Ms. Omisore G was denied boarding in Nairobi.

According to Kenya Airways, the guest was travelling from Lagos to Nairobi, Paris and Manchester.

She was supposed to connect flight from Nairobi to Paris but upon arriving in Nairobi, it was discovered that she did not have a SCHENGEN visa.

SCHEGEN visa is a requirement for her to enter any European Union Country where the customer was offered an alternative route through London which she refused and began demanding things.

The guest demanded accommodation, which Kenya Airways does not provide in cases where boarding is denied due to visa requirements. It is the responsibility of passengers to ensure they have the necessary requirements for the journey.

Kenya Airways stated.

They added that the Guest in response began throwing three used sanitary pads at their employ

Condemning the act, Kenya Airways assured that they have reported the incident and is under investigation by the relevant security agencies.
