Renowned kikuyu gospel singer Karangu Muraya has recently surprised his first wife, Triza Njeri with a brand new Nissan X-Trail.
Following the surprise, Triza has officially upgraded from the modest Mazda Demio she previously owned.
The move has since sparked debate online given that one of Triza’s long-standing grievances was the perception that her co-wife was receiving better treatment, including owning a more luxurious car.

Taking to his socials, Karangu wrote that he is indeed a “listening husband” and called for mutual respect in his family.
The wife also did not hold back her excitement, posting photos of her new ride.
“Baba Muraya mimi naenda na gari gani? Demio. Mama Muraya si gari zote ni zangu, hakuna ya mtu 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Hii nayo imetoka na jina yangu aki. Nimefurahia sana,” Triza noted.
The gospel artist went on to comment on her reaction acknowledging that she made him a dad and he is happy when she is happy.
” I am sincerely happy for you, you made me a father, I must make you happy,” he wrote.
Notably, the new car comes days after the couple was seen happily dancing together at Triza’s album launch, a rare public show of unity following months of tension in their marriage.
