Comedian Henry Desagu’s friend have handed over a Ksh 1 million donation to help him rebuild his life and support his recovery after Rehab.
The comedian was enrolled at a rehab center while he was battling depression and alcoholism.
Before taken to rehab, his health had deteriorated as he appeared frail and jaded, which raised concerns among Kenyans who immediately called for his enrollment in a rehab to help him get back on track.
The fundraising event which was attended by MP. Hon. Elijah Njoroge Kururia and Samidoh among other stars, was a successful event in which we were able to raise Ksh 1 Million.
Desagu expressed his happiness towards the event, which he noted was a success due to God’s grace.
“I have every reason to glorify God for a great event. It’s a big blessing to have a guest today at my parents’ home. God bless Hon. Elijah Njoroge Kururia, Hon. Anne Muratha, Mofarm JM, Hon. Moses Mwenda, Damaris wa Dama spares original, John Cina Cina, Samidoh HSC, Dada Sarah Page and Sleepy Said” Desagu said.
The comedian thanked all the guests that came to the event and supported him with prayers and financial support.
