Rigathi Gachagua’s Democracy for the Citizens’ Party (DCP) has initiated a youth empowerment initiative for leadership ahead of the 2027 elections.
Speaking on Wednesday, November 5, at the DCP headquarters in Nairobi, Party Youth Leader Wanjiku Thiga noted that the young generation was ready to take matters into their own hands and elect leaders of their choice.
“We are the generation that refuses to be silenced. The ones who know that our revolution will not be televised; it will be organised,” Said Thiga.
The DCP Youth Leader also announced plans to establish youth offices in all 47 counties, mobilise at least three million youth votes and launch university and college chapters nationwide.
