Tributes have poured in for Former NTV reporter Silas Apollo has passed away following a tragic road accident in Nairobi.
His death was confirmed by the police who stated that the incident happened on Thursday, April 10, 2025, in the evening.
Further reports indicate that Apollo died after getting struck by a speeding vehicle, but the location of the crash is undetermined.
According to reports, the former NTV journalist was attempting to cross the road when he got hit by a vehicle, where it was initially reported as ‘unknown person hit by an unknown vehicle’.
A police report showed that there we separate accident incidents along Valley Road and Kiambu Road, raising questions about where Apollo’s tragic incident took place.
At the time of his untimely death, Apollo was working with the Nairobi Law Monthly.
This comes days after former KTN journalist Nick Mudimba passed away.
He was reportedly dead on March 24, at his home in Syokimau, Machakos County, after battling an illness such as high levels of uric acid, which had been treated the same day.
