Aiming to improve communication efficiency within the Government Delivery Unit, Deputy Chief of Staff for Performance and Delivery Management, Eliud Owalo has announced a series of strategic appointments.
Among those appointed to the team include; Dr. Carole Mandi, a renowned Strategic Communications Advisor.
Dr. Mandi is the founder and publisher of True Love, Drum, and Home & Living magazines under Carole Mandi Media Limited, she will be in charge of Leading the Team.

Archie Achieng’ Ojany, a branding specialist and former minister in Kisumu County, has also been appointed to oversee Branding, Marketing, and Stakeholder Engagement.
Boniface Odinga, a former journalist with Kenya Television Network (KTN), will be responsible for Strengthening Communication and Media Relations.
Also Patrick Amimo, a former editor at KTN.
Amimo will be expected to oversee content development and ensure the clarity and coherence of government communications.
Wambui Ng’ayu, an advertising and branding specialist who is expected to enhance the government’s advertising strategies.
Alloyce Obare will be managing Product Development, Delivery Strategies, and Digital Communications.
He role will be crucial in advancing the government’s digital presence and ensuring the effective delivery of information through various digital platforms.
According to Deputy Chief of Staff Eliud Owalo, the recent appointments are part of a broader strategy to enhance the unit’s effectiveness in delivering government services and engaging with the public.
