Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi has launched a new initiative to support mothers who are unable to take their children to school.
Omondi shared details of the initiative in a statement on his official social media account and appealed for support from well-wishers.
“This year we said we are leaving no one behind. These mothers, single mothers, and widows have been unable to take their children to school this January,” he stated
“Hundreds have contacted me seeking help, and I know by tomorrow all these kids will be in school courtesy of Sisi Kwa Sisi. Please send whatever you can,” the comedian added.
